Josef Meinrad Rauber Square

The memorial stone in the square east of the parish church commemorates Josef Meinrad Rauber (1861–1939), a teacher, cultural patron, and choir director. The Jacob’s Ladder was built on his initiative. He wrote the third verse of the “Gäuerlied.”
